Sex And The City UK Premier : What They Wore
Last night saw London’s Leicester square magically turned into some kind of fashion show amidst the mass hysteria of screaming fans, celebrities and the worlds press who were gathered to mark the premier of the new Sex & The City film.
The jury is still out on whether or not the film is any good as I wont be seeing it until tomorrow afternoon. But last night that was the second question asked, the first was “What are they wearing?”
Sarah Jessica Parker opted for a beautiful black Alexander McQueen floor length gown and in tribute to the late designer wore a black armband in his memory. The ensemble was completed with lace heels, and an eccentric Phillip Treacy hat.
The often-understated Cynthia Nixon wore a beautiful teal blue floor length dress by Narciso Rodriguez, as stunning as the dress is I was more impressed by her longer than usual hair, she looks amazing!
Kristen Davis literally shimmered in the light wearing a sparkly, glamorous Norman Norell holterneck dress
Kim Catrall looked like she had just stepped off a film set during the golden age of Hollywood, its hard to believe that she is over 50! She also opted for a vintage number wearing a 90’s strapless black dress by Thierry Muglar which perfectly accentuated her curves.
