Delivery Information

Standard Delivery
3-5 Working days: FREE
- Your orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
- A signature may be required on receipt.
- If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
- Sadly we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
- In the event of a Royal Mail strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to ensure your item is still delivered.
Next Day Delivery
Available Monday to Friday, except bank holidays: £9.99
- From Monday to Friday, orders must be placed by 3pm to ensure delivery the next day.
- Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Next Day Delivery orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Sadly we can not deliver on a bank holiday (UK Only). In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
- Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 7pm. We cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.
- A signature may be required on receipt.
- If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
- If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.
- In the event of a Next Day Delivery item being returned, IL2L will only refund 50% of the carriage charge.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes for security reasons. We do not currently ship abroad but if you would like us to do so please let your interest be known via the contact us page and we will try and arrange this. Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
Tracking The dispatch email we send you will include a unique tracking number, which you can use to track the progress of your parcel.
