Returns Procedure
Return or Exchange An Item - Extended for Xmas 90 day returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 90 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund upon receipt (excluding Next Day Delivery items being returned, whereby IL2L will only refund 50% of the carriage charge). You can also exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Some products are non-returnable; these are clearly marked next to the product name.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we would recommend that you send the parcel using our FREE Collect+ Returns service that insures you for £100 of the value of the goods.
- If you choose to use a service other than Collect + the cost of returning the item to IL2L is your responsibility and we would recommend using Royal Mail Signed For service. Send the parcel to the below address:

- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse.
- Whichever Returns service you choose, please complete the IL2L Delivery Note/ Returns Form, which you will receive with your original order, with as much information as possible to help us process the Returns or Exchange effectively.
Using our FREE Collect + Returns Service
To use our FREE Collect + service simply follow the instructions detailed on the Collect + returns form enclosed with your order. Please make sure you enclose your completed IL2L Delivery Note/Returns Form with your parcel.

Faulty Item
I received a faulty item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
